What new questions have come up in your inquiry? Will you include these in your final presentation, or might they be saved for future research or assignments? Do these questions help narrow your focus or do they distract you from your original proposals.
After delving further into my inquiry of colour and mood, I have learned so much more about different aspects of it. Specifically light and texture have come into play and they actually have a great effect on the overall mood. The light part is super cool to me as a major part of my in-depth focuses on the manipulation of light in photography. A new question has come up because of this. How does light affect mood in photography and writing? I hope to integrate this question into my inquiry and to make it into a major part of my final learning. This research will also benefit me for In-Depth.
Although light is similar to colour, it is not the same and every time I discover a new branch relating to my inquiry, it adds more work to the project. This is a type of work I really enjoy so instead of making the project harder it makes it more enjoyable. I feel like researching and discovering the light aspect is a vital part of my project and learning about how it affects mood is definitely helping me narrow down my inquiry.
All of this research brings up another part I will struggle with and that part is integrating traditionally photographic concepts into a written format. Colour is not visible the same way when put into writing. Light is also specifically is a mainly visual thing and I am excited to figure out how to convert it into literature.
